Missing Home

Shocking as it may seems...

I'm beginning to miss home.

Miss my life jet-setting life which I was so eager to get away from when I first left Malaysia.

Miss my friends and late nights chats and talk and many wine sessions.

Miss all the hoo ha, events and parties that I always get invited to but never was that interested to go, until now.

Miss my parents, my family, home cooking, miss waking up and know that a jog down the jungle is as easy as taking a 15 mins car ride out.

Miss people who speaks English.

Miss dressing up nicely and go for a fancy afternoon tea.

Miss a movie night out.

Miss people who miss me back home.

Sigh... I miss Malaysia.

And yet I'm here, for another 5 months, or 4. Signed up with a gym for a good three months. Beginning to experience withdrawal symptoms.

I think I will take a ride down to Ko Samet, Phuket or Phi Phi next month for a weekend escapade. Erm.... yea.. why not. Might as way since I'm here. And I do want to sign up for the bloody expensive massage course. :D

  1. Yeah, I agree with you. No matter how kick ass fun living in another country might seem, there is no place like home! :D

  8. Have been browsing thru your blog frequently. This is the 1st time I notice that you did miss home. Anyway, there's lot more to explorer in your current location. Thai massage is 1 of it. And, its worth trying. I have no choice, but to learn it in Malaysia which cost me RM 2000.
