Breakfast with Disney Characters
This is the last the most exciting post of my Hong Kong Disneyland trip and stay, at least for me.
I’ve always had wanted to stay at a Disney Hotel whenever I visited a Disneyland.
Because at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel you get to dine with all the famous Disney characters!
Like Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Donald Duck.
It was the event I was looking most forward to during my stay there.
As I was staying in Disney Hollywood Hotel, I had to take a shuttle in the morning to Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel for the breakfast at the Enchanted Garden.
So dreamy~!
The buffet breakfast had a good selection of Western and Chinese cuisines, and also…
Mickey pancakes!
Despite the great selection of food, especially the amazing crispy bacons they have (yum!), I could barely concentrate on eating.
Throughout breakfast I was just peeking and peering around the restaurant for the Disney characters. Even when told that they would come to my table eventually, I still couldn’t control the insane anxiety I had inside.
“It’s Goofy. OMG!” I pointed.
As chef Goofy wobbled and staggered over from table to table, I fiddled with the food in my plate as I stretched my neck so high to ogle at the other tables of guests taking turns to take photos with Goofy.
I love Goofy. He’s one of my favourite characters because he’s so goofy. Lol.Muacks!
About the shoes I was wearing. It’s a pair of crocs I bought a year ago and ever since it’s been like a comfort shoes for me whenever I don’t feel like wearing something too serious.
However, if you’ve paid attention, I’ve been wearing this pair of shoes in every other posts of my current HK Disneyland trip.
There’s a story to it.
I actually forgot to PACK other shoes when I was packing for the trip, because I was moving house then and all the shoes I have were at the new place, yea so smart to move all the shoes to the new place when I have a trip coming up.
So I had no choice to be stuck with this pair of fugly shoes throughout the trip.
OMG the shame.
To think I have a wardrobe full of shoes. :S
Anyway, Mickey showed up!
Even though Minnie was my favourite character of all time, but still, it’s Mickey!
The star of the show!
A kid cried at the next table because he thought he missed the opportunity to take photo with Mickey. Awe… (Mickey went over there the second time to take photo with him again, double Awe~)
Love lovelovelove Mickey. A million hearts!
I even took a second round of photos with him after breakfast.
And he swung my hands around to make this position.
So cute!
Finally, Pluto showed up. So I thought…. Meh… why not.
Pluto turned out to be really funny. Making odd poses and just being cheery.
Bye chef Pluto!
We then took a walk around the garden of Disneyland Hotel, where there’s a mickey maze right outside.
We also visited the Sorcerer’s Lounge, right before we head into the park to start another new crazy day. I love this place, very posh.
That’s a wrap of all my HK Disneyland posts.
Do make your reservation to have breakfast with all the Disney Characters when you have the chance to visit HK Disneyland. It’ll be an experience you never forget.

(Victoria's Secret) Sunny Yellow Tube Dress
So this was the dress I wore to the concert of Incubus.
yellow tube sundress
I'll slowly build the look into the complete outfit you've seen in my previous post.
But let me talk about this dress.
I ordered a few items from Victoria's Secret Online store and they came in a parcel in just two weeks time. I was super excited to try them on.
Concerts can be sweaty and crowded and one needs an outfit that allows you to breathe.
Despite being a rock concert, I wasn't in the mood for a edgy style so I opted something sweeter. A bright yellow sundress it was.
It's breezy, casual, cute, sweet and loud.
I love the cutting of this dress, most tube dress can be really unflattering on me, but this made me look skinny, accentuating my waist and puffing out my chest, AND hiding my heavy bottom.
And knowing that I would be attending a pre-cocktail event (more like pre-beer event), where there would be airconditioning, and it was the night, means the air could get a little chilly on the way there and back home; I decided to throw on an army jacket, from Victoria's Secret too.
It also helped made the look a bit edgier than just plain sweetness.
Some necklaces.
and some gladiator sandals.
And done!
too hot at that moment to wear the jacket. Feel free to use your imagination.

Incubus Concert Malaysia 2011
I’ve never been to a concert in my life, believe it or not.
The closest I’ve ever been in one is a music festival, but then again that was more like an open air rave party with funky bands playing on stage rather than a fans-to -band/singer concert.
Rainforest Music Festival 2007 in Kuching
It’s not that I’m not a big on concerts, you could say I’ve never been bothered enough to bother myself to get myself any ticket to any concert.
If say many years ago when I was still in college and someone I really liked were to invite me to a concert on a first date, I would have been crazy about concerts. But alas, no one’s ever popped my cherry, and over the years, the priority to actually go to one dwindled; yes, even if the singer/band was my idol.
But then recently I got two Rockstar Tickets to Incubus Concert!
Hiding from the rain with my Rockstar tickets!
Woo hoo!
Basically with Rockstar ticket, I was chauffeured to the Stadium Negara and was able to attend the pre-cocktail event (serving Carlsberg, not so cocktail afterall) before the concert starts. Just like a VVIP.
Feeling very atas. :p
Not so atas situation, waiting outside to enter under the drizzles.
Oh, I even get to meet and greet the band!!!
Random person on the left being mosaic out. Hehe
The lead singer is the one with the green shirt. SUPER cute! He has such eccentricity in person that would throw girls off their panties. Just saying.
Wished I bought a T-shirt to let them sign, they were selling a lot of designs right outside the stadium. :(
Inside! Finding a seat
Camwhoring while waiting for concert to start
I have to admit, I didn’t know much about the band before this. But after the concert, I could get why people love going to concerts. They’re so fun!
The energy, the vibe; rocking awesome (though I was a bit ill and couldn’t do any of the exciting movements most fans were doing).
Rosevelt the Malaysian band won the battle of the bands contest and became the opening act for Incubus.

Go Malaysia!
But the moment Incubus finally came on stage around 8:30pm. Poowah!! The difference between an indie band and an international super band was APPARENT!
They totally knew how to take off a performance.
Here I composed a video for the opening song of Incubus Concert Malaysia 2011.
See how they rocked!
Brandon and Mike
angelic effect of Brandon (lead singer)
After the party, the VVIPs were adjourned to the after party where we had some supper and get to meet the band one last time.
I took a photo with the DJ Chris Kilmore!

Such a SAD SAD thing Brandon didn’t show up at the after party (just right after I fell in love with him).
:((

Blue Babydoll
I love a babydoll.
I know celebrities like Paris Hilton hates it because it hides the figures of a woman, therefore ripping her off her beauty and sexiness.
Well there are days when I don't feel like being sexy, or when I feel bloated, and just want to casual outfit but not top and jeans. Something loose but not too formal.
And therefore, babydoll became my favourite choice.
I paired this blue checkered number with a pair of white sheer stockings so that I don't look TOO casual/relax.
Minimalist dressing. And it gives just the right amount of cuteness.
