What does this sign say?

I spotted this South Africa and has been curious of its meaning. Does anyone know?

    We have this sign in Melbourne too, which means 'No standing' I guess they are the same in south africa?

    Looks like the international "no standing" symbol. Don't park your car there otherwise it will be towed away.

    I think it means "don't park your snake there" or "your snake is not allowed to be there". Hahaha...
